Ultrasound
Let me introduce you with another dish of Arabian cuisine. Ultrasound (accent on the U) is a rice and lamb (the main ingredients in the Arab cuisine) wrapped in phyllo dough. Welcome to the table!

Ingredients

Meat and mushrooms (I pre-secepatnya truffles), finely chop.

On a small amount of oil (ideally sheep's fat) and fry a little meat, then add the mushrooms and ground cloves. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour peas. After the peas send pre-soaked for an hour in hot, slightly salted water and once drained washed rice. Season with salt to taste.

The whole thing fill with water so that a little cover up (for 2 Cup rice I take 1.5 cups of water). Bring to a boil, stir, cover tightly with a lid and put on very small fire for 40 minutes (during cooking in any case not to open!!!). Remove from heat, gently permeate and leave to cool.

Fresh pistachio cut into halves and fry in oil. Place on a plate. In the same frying pan put the minced meat. To spice 1/4 tsp ground cloves and salt. Good fry, but not overdry. Mix with the pistachios.

Phyllo dough cut into squares (so that the dough has dried, cover it with a towel) and put in small bowl (I used 3 layers). At the bottom put 1 tablespoon of the minced pistachios.

Spread on top our rice

Turn over and spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Grease with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Put in the oven at a temperature of 180*C for 15 minutes. But be careful not dry.
