Description

Sabzali CEFTA
Saw this recipe from the Turkish cuisine in one journal, very much. Cut, pasted in my cook book (don't laugh, it is very convenient). Since then, as soon as the season begins, young green beans, cook this dish in your home. Already much later I tried the original meals on vacation. In my opinion, it's like, but I have a more dietetic version. Try it, it's delicious and satisfying. And most importantly, not difficult. Those who are beginning to cook and came to this site to learn, pay attention.

Cooking

step-0
1 In minced meat add the minced in a meat grinder onion and herbs. Add the egg, sprinkle with salt and pepper. If in the fridge after yesterday's lunch or dinner cooked rice, add a couple of spoonfuls. In the original recipe it was not, but I sometimes put it, I like it better. Knead well and shape small balls that spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until slightly Golden pink color. At high temperatures, is 15 minutes
step-1
Carrots cut into ring a bit diagonal, not too thick. Onion shinkuem semicircles. Potatoes cut into 6 pieces. Beans wash and cut off the tails, cut into 2 parts. In a deep frying pan saute onion, chopped carrots until Golden. A little later add the potatoes and fry a little too.
step-2
3 Put meatballs and beans in the skillet to sauteed vegetables. Spread on top of tomatoes, grated through a coarse grater, pour boiling water mixed with tomato paste, so that the liquid is not fully closed products. Sprinkle with spices, cover with a lid. Stew on, a little less than medium heat for about 30 minutes.
step-3
The finished dish sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and calls all to the table. All a pleasant appetite!
