White bread with milk
This recipe is very simple! It's amazing that turns out this delicious bread! Go! Teach and treat!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm milk (50 g) stir up the yeast and leave to come.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt.

Add the milk, melted and cooled butter, egg and yeast coming up. My work is done by a food processor. If knead by hand, the dough carefully, a minimum of 15 minutes, knead. The dough cover and leave in a warm place to rise for about an hour.

The dough should double in size. Spread the batter in prepared pan. Help yourself with fingers, lightly press dough and arrange on the form. Cover with a towel, leave still to come for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220*C. In a bowl beat with a fork the egg yolk and teaspoon of water.

Grease top of dough with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 220*C for 30 minutes. If will burn the top crust, then cover with foil. Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack.
