Soup
What is summer without fresh carrots? The season is just beginning, and so, you can prepare a wonderful soup-puree of carrots, oranges and ginger. Very tasty and unusual!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ginger

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Orange juice

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    5 piece

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Dill

Cooking

Carrots clean and cut into triangles. Onion peel, cut in half rings. Peel the ginger, finely chop.

Fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Of the oranges, squeeze the juice.

Roasted vegetables put in a blender and puree them.

Add water or broth to the blender and grind again.

Pour into the pan. Add orange juice, curry, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, diminish the heat and cook for 15 minutes.

Pour in the cream, add to taste the greens. Keep on heat for 2-3 minutes, turn it off. Ready!

Poured into plates and serve. Bon appetit!
