Many years ago when my friend gave me the recipe for this soup, I immediately raised the question: how these ingredients can be combined? But I like to cook something new. And since this soup has become a favorite on our table. Maybe he will also win the trust You?

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Mint

  • Broth

Here the trick is that the egg is not curled up, otherwise the soup will not turn out light and fluffy.
