Thanks to this dish, I finally tried out funcheza, it was a very pleasant acquaintance. This dish (like a salad) cooked very quickly and of the most affordable products.

Cooking
Here are all the necessary products.
Onions, carrots and chicken cut into strips
Mushrooms and peppers are also preferably cut into strips, but I have frozen and already cut into cubes and slices
Pour into the pan of oil and begin to fry the onions
When the onions become soft and slightly browned, add the chicken and continue to cook.
And mushrooms. Fry on slow heat for another five minutes.
Leave to cool slightly, and meanwhile pour funches boiling water for five minutes.
Then drain the water, funches rinse with cold water and, if desired, can be cut, which I did.
Mix funcheza with chicken, mushrooms and vegetables, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, preferably left to stand for about an hour and serve cold.
