Cooking
A bag of jelly dilute with hot water until complete dissolution of grains. Importantly, water should be two times less than that indicated on the package. Allow to cool slightly.
Add in Jell-o sour cream. I have bio-sour cream 15%.
Beat with a mixer for five minutes to saturate the jelly bubbles.
Kremanku is poured into the molds and refrigerate. After an hour take it out and enjoy.
