This recipe was posted on the website by the user anikan in 2007 and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". A crunchy crust of dough – sweet banana cream.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Rice flour

    1 cup

  • Water, carbonated

    0.75 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

  • Ice cream

  • Caramel

Bananas you take the average of ripe - not green and not too ripe. If there is no rice flour, you can make it yourself. Rinse the rice, dry it and grind in a coffee grinder. In principle, you can replace the rice flour.

To prepare the batter. Mix flour and sugar with carbonated water until the consistency of liquid sour cream. The dough should get as pancakes.

To prepare the bananas. Clean them, cut across in half, then in half lengthwise. Thus, you get more bananas.

Heat a deep pan (wok), then pour back the oil on two fingers. Calcine the oil well. The degree of readiness of the oil can determine to throw a pinch of salt if you hear the characteristic crack – the oil is sufficiently warmed up.

Prick with a fork a quarter of a banana, dip completely in the batter and fry in oil until Golden brown.

Put the fried bananas into a dish, DAB the excess oil with a napkin.

PS-Batter soda water turns out very crispy, and the bananas become soft as cream. Very good to serve this dessert with vanilla ice-cream with caramel or honey.
