Cooking
First prepare the raspberry sorbet. A couple of handfuls of berries for garnishing. The remaining is triturated immersion blender with sugar. Passed through a sieve to separate the seeds. Pour into a tray to form a layer 1.5 cm Freeze.
Whisk the whites in a solid foam, gradually adding sugar and vanilla sugar. Preheat oven to 120-140 degrees. Baking tray line it up with parchment paper, grease with butter and sprinkle little flour. Proteins spread into circles with a diameter of 8 cm, slightly xplosives top. Bake for 2 hours, opening the oven door. When I did the first test again I got a lovely smooth meringue. And the second time when everybody took pictures, made a mistake when baking and they are a bit cracked. But the taste is not lost :-) even some charm.
Whisk the cream with the icing sugar.
From sorbet cut out the circle. Put it between two meringues.
On top make a layer of whipped cream and decorate with raspberries and blueberries.
