These brownies from biscuit dough on the fermented baked milk, with a light lemon flavor, easy and quick to prepare, be very gentle, bright and uplifting! (at the request of the cook GAHIVRAAMAMAT)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Ryazhenka

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Marmalade

    3 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Whisk eggs, 1 Cup sugar and vanilla in a thick foam.

Add fermented baked milk, vegetable oil, flour and baking powder and again beat. Pour into a greased rectangular shape.

Put in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Ready cake cut into squares.

A lemon slice, cover with water and boil for 10 minutes, then pour 1/2 Cup sugar and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Hot lemon syrup strain through a sieve, allow to cool in the fridge. When the syrup hardens, it should become thick and viscous.

Cream beat with a mixer, add 1/2 Cup sugar and pour the thick lemon syrup, beat again until fluffy (for brightness, I cream dripped yellow food coloring).

To connect squares of creamy biscuit-lemon cream, as well lubricate the top of the cakes.

Now decorate the brownies as you want, you can sprinkle coconut flakes or grated chocolate, I decorated with colored jellies.

Yes, I forgot to write if you want the brownies were wet, cook a little more lemon syrup soaked sponge squares. I'm not soaked, sponge cake and it turned out the gentle, if wet.
