Description
It is rather a recipe for my favorite test on the beer, not the cookie recipe. From it you can bake sweet cookies, and biscuits to beer. It all depends on your imagination.

Cooking
The dough is mixed very quickly and easily. Suitable for kneading capacity pour the sifted flour, add salt, then pour the beer, mixed with lemon juice, and spread softened butter. Knead a soft dough. By the way, the flour may need a little more. If you are too lazy to knead with your hands, leave it to your bread maker. The dough you need to wrap and clean up for half an hour in the freezer.
After half an hour take out the dough. It has become very pliable to the hands, practically does not stick. Keeping what I need for cooking, the rest can go in the fridge. It will lie quietly for 3 days and every day will only get better. Roll out a thin layer.
Now again roll out again, sprinkle with sugar... And repeat the procedure three or four times or until you get bored))) And when I tired to roll, cut out cookie shapes. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and put it into the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Take out, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar - it is a matter of taste! Delicious, crunchy biscuits are ready!
