Cottage cheese-fruit cake
Light, airy, vkusnjashki! For any novice cook.

Ingredients

  • The cake

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Fruit

  • Jelly

    2 pack

  • Vanilla

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Any fruit: kiwi, peach, banana, grapes and whatever. Can and canned. Cut into thin slices.

Cheese knead well with vanilla, sugar and a spoon of sour cream

Jelly cake prepare as described on package and mix with cottage cheese

Cottage cheese spread on the crust, over the cheese mass spread fruit. I have in the first layer it was a kiwi and a peach.

Again on top of the fruit curd. Cover with second Korzh. And repeat all over again . In the second layer I have bananas and peaches.

Cover with the third layer. The result was a cake.

Whisk sour cream with sugar and pour our cake. Decorate with fruit. Well, with the embellishment I have always the problem, alas.
