Chicken liver with mushrooms in sour cream
This dish can be called a family. Thus prepared chicken liver, in my opinion, like your home.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Cooking

Onions to chop half rings

Into the pan add the vegetable oil (3 tbsp.)

Sauté onions until light Golden brown

Mushrooms cut into large pieces

To add to passerovannogo onions mushrooms

The pan back on the heat and fry the mushrooms together with the onion

Chicken liver cut into strips

Add the chicken livers to passerovannogo onions and roasted mushrooms

Within 3-4 min. fry the liver over medium heat

Then add sour cream (3 tbsp), Bay leaf, a mixture of dried herbs (1/2 tsp), salt and ground black pepper to taste. If you are cooking in a family where there are children, ground black pepper should be deleted! The pan cover with a lid and simmer the liver further 5-7 minutes.

Liver garnish with boiled rice, buckwheat, pearl barley or pea porridge, mashed potatoes, French fries Bon appetite!
