Chicken fillet baked with tomatoes and mozzarella
The recipe was found online and was captivated by its brightness and beauty. Could not calm down until cooked. I made a few changes to the recipe, let the author (Anastasia Skripkina) forgive me. The meat was very juicy and tender.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    285 g

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Basil

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Chicken breast fillet wash, dry paper towel.

Prepare the marinade. Tomato paste, ketchup diluted in cold boiled water (you can use a ready-made tomato juice), pour the lemon juice, add salt, pepper (total). In the original, the author proposes to add the soy sauce, but I never used.

Pour marinade chicken breast fillet, all meat is covered with liquid and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. I marinated for 2 hours.

Mozzarella cut into small pieces (photo 1), tomato chop (photo 2), cut Basil (photo 3), add salt, pepper, mix well.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Put chicken and mozzarella with tomatoes and Basil.

Bake at 180C in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
