Description
In my table culinary book, Food Yoga found in the performance of simple celery soup. You can add fried cashews nuts, especially if You do not eat meat products. I don't add nuts, as they are still junk for my kitchen resident and for me because of high caloric content.

Celery root cut into cubes.
Celery cut into "horseshoes".
Chop the onions, chop the carrots into half-rings.
In a pot heat butter, add all vegetables, except potatoes and greens, fry until Golden brown. Cover the vegetables with boiling water, add potatoes, salt, add spices and cook for 25 minutes until all the vegetables are tender. If desired, add milk and blend the soup in a blender, sprinkle fried cashew nuts. I didn't purerave soup, and poured 1.5 l of boiling water instead of 1 L. the fresh greens.
