Oatmeal with young cabbage
Savoury and very tasty version of oatmeal. Even for Breakfast, even for dinner! And a bit of history of the phrase "Bunting, sir!"

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Oat flakes Mistral pour hot water, add salt and boil for 5 minutes until thick. Turn off the stove and leave a mess under the hood.

Meanwhile, in hot oil fry onions until Golden brown and until fragrant fried onions.

Add sliced young cabbage and fry all together for about 15 minutes, add salt to taste.

Mix the cabbage with porridge.
