Cake
Today I present another recipe of French cuisine: this cake is liked by children in the afternoon. Very easy to make and looks very nice on the table.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Sugar

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    6 tsp

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the dough: for yogurt (jar not to throw it we still will serve as a measuring Cup), add yoghurt 2 Cup sugar 3 Cup flour 0.5 Cup vegetable oil. To drive 2 eggs. Add the baking powder.

Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts: 2/3 and 1/3. In the smaller portion add 3 tsp. cocoa.

Form to cover with paper. Bake both parts of the test at a temperature of 180 deg. until dry matches.

White cake cut crosswise into 2 parts.

Prepare the cream: mix half a tin of condensed milk 3 tsp. cocoa and 1 tbsp milk.

Assemble the cake: white cake - cream - dark-cake - cream - white cake. Top - cream. Refrigerate for half an hour. Ready!!!
