Roses of cream cake
I decided to show step by step how I make roses out of butter cream on the cake.

Ingredients

I'm doing the roses on a piece of crumb of white bread. Cut the piece of bread, skewer it on a fork (my fork for peeling potatoes in their skins), can put on a pencil.

Begin to squeeze the cream out of the bag with a head of roses, from the upper side of our cube and applying each next petal under the previous one in a checkerboard pattern, while our cube will not be covered in petals.

Carefully remove the rose with a pair of scissors with a fork and put it on the cake.

So rose looks at the top.

You can also do Lily, but for this you need special molds or, as I suggested here in the comments in my previous "lesson", you can take a bed for the balloon. Or, if you have a very small glass. The mold vystelim foil sandwich or a piece of paper - what I liked. And start attachment to plant leaves, the petals of the Lily in the resulting "Cup". When the flower is ready, in the middle, insert the stamen, if any. If not, and without stamens can do.

But do not rush to remove the Lily from the paper, first with the paper and put it in the refrigerator or in the freezer for a while, after cooling, carefully separate the paper from the flower and put the flower on the cake.

The leaves applied to the cake in advance and then to them and beside them as we like, spread the flowers.

The sides of the cake I decorated, this time the pattern "braid". It is a special nozzle - flat direct, one side of which is toothed.
