Vegetable pie
In the latest issue of the magazine "Cook& amp;quot; I came across an interesting recipe really vegetable pie, a pie without a spoon of flour. I, practically without changing anything in the recipe made this vegetable a miracle. It was very tasty. Serve the casserole can as a separate dish and as a garnish. I recommend to prepare.

The products do not fit in a single shot, but let this not discourage you, prepare the cake a snap. I came across a rather large zucchini, and for the cake I cut it in half. And peppers ripened small, so the photo is two small peppers.

For the base of the pie, peeled potatoes and cheese rubbed on a coarse grater. Combine with melted butter, salt and percu. The mass is well mixed.

While the crust is baking, you can prepare the filling, i.e. vegetables. Eggplant and zucchini (peeled) cut into slices thickness of about 0.5-0.7 cm; the tomato into four parts, each part on a plate, pepper strips, onion - half rings.

In a pan heat oil and slightly fry separately all the vegetables. The original recipe suggested to roast all the vegetables together, but I was afraid that everything will look like a "mess." Eggplant and zucchini after frying, spread on a napkin to remove excess oil.

To fill the cheese, sour cream and eggs lightly whipped with a blender, salt and percu.

Passed 30 minutes, take out pie shell from the oven.
