Meat medallions, baked on toast with tomato sauce
Succulent chops of chicken on garlic toast with tomato-Basil sauce. Simple, but delicious dish. Perfect for celebratory or romantic dinner!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Baguette

    8 slice

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Basil

  • Salt

Slice the baguette into slices the thickness of 1-1,5 see a Little dry in the pan so that the slices become dry. The inside of the bread should remain soft. Generously RUB the slices with garlic.

Put everything on a baking sheet and send in a preheated 180 deg. the oven for 15 minutes.
