Cheese burrito
Delicious scones that can be made with different sweet fillings. My flatbread with mushrooms and cauliflower. Cook them very simply.

The main ingredient for the filling - mushroom cap ring. Mushrooms remove the films. Cut and wash. These mushrooms are not soak and do not cook.
Mushrooms and florets of cauliflower a little boil and drain off the water.
Fry the stuffing patties in butter "Ideal".
Mushrooms fry without oil until you evaporate the water.
Once the water has evaporated, pour in the mushroom butter. Chop the onion and put in mushrooms. And fry a little.
Cabbage cut into smaller pieces and put into the pan. The contents of the pan to season with salt and pepper and fry until ready. At the end of cooking the stuffing with the eggs. I had prepared the day before.
For the dough - yogurt, grated cheese, flour and sugar. The salt in the batter I did not add because the cheese is salty.

The ingredients mix well.
On the table knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
Each part divide into two and roll out with a rolling pin. On one rolled sheet put the filling and the second to cover and make both pieces together.

Preheat the frying pan and fry in oil "Ideal" until it will turn brown for 5 minutes. Each side for 2. 5 minutes. While baking one cake, make another.
