Bread coffee-milk
Wonderful, tall, fragrant bread with a crispy crust and tender crumb with a nice very subtle coffee aroma! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    680 g

  • Milk

    180 ml

  • Coffee natural

    230 ml

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil strong coffee ( 2 tsp of ground coffee and 230 ml. of water). Cool, strain.

Lay all the ingredients in the bucket of CPS according to the instructions.

Selectable mode "Main", size - XL (my HP is at 600-700 g flour), the crust color - Dark. Click "Start".

Here's the bread we get at the end of the program.

Free the bread from the bucket, wrapped in a towel and allow the bread to cool completely.
