Waffles with condensed milk
Since then, I gave the waffle iron, I've tried quite a lot of waffle recipes, but none completely satisfied. It turned out tasty, but it wasn't waffles and some pancakes – too soft, no crisp, not crumbly. And here I found what I wanted! Of course, calorically, where without it, but it's finally real waffles! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, moderately sweet, with a creamy flavor... Decided to share it with those who are still in the same quest.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Condensed milk

    130 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    0.7 tsp

Cooking

Butter (I melted from the bins, I think, is suitable quality margarine) at room temperature, beat the egg.

Pour condensed milk, mix well.

Add cornstarch, flour, vanilla, baking powder.

Carefully stir the dough as for pancakes.

Warming up the waffle iron, grease lightly the first time, put the dough and bake for approximately 4-5 minutes (depends on waffle iron). From this quantity of ingredients turned 20 waffle "hearts".
