I always wondered whether it is possible to prepare condensed milk at home identical store. Cooking
Take in equal portions, in our case, in a glass (do not bother to weight, all take by volume) of milk, sugar and dry milk. I first mixed the milk with the sugar, and then added the milk, the conventional cold milk, home. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and strain that would avoid lumps.
