Truffles
This candy is a great treat and a wonderful gift. Candy is made based on the recipe from the magazine "School of Gastronome" with my additions. Cook was not difficult, the result I liked. Nice, a mouthful of sweet chocolate, to feel inside the fragrant cherry crisp caramel. Love to share the recipe. Enjoy dessert with friends and relatives, they will thank you for it.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Balm

    25 ml

  • Cherry

    20 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Brown sugar

    75 g

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Pistachios

    10 piece

So, collect the products.

These candies I used 2 doses. The evening of the first day to take the cherry, pour the balm, cover and leave to soak at room temperature at least 8 hours.

In a saucepan pour cream, bring to the boil.

Chocolate grind, add hot cream and mix well until chocolate is completely dissolved, then add the butter and let cool. Cover, refrigerate for 8 hours.

The next morning throws the cherries on a sieve to remove excess liquid.

Brown sugar and water boil the syrup, put the cherries in it. Next, spread it on a Board to cool.

Now we can start to form the candy. With a spoon take our plastic chocolate inside carmelitano put the icing and dip them in cocoa, nuts, chopped cherries. Candy ready.
