Cooking
To start, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and prepare baking sheet. Cover it with baking paper and grease with butter. We prepare our ingredients.
Now start preparing the filling. Prepare milk syrup: mix 90 grams of sugar and 3/4 milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Mix the starch with the remaining milk and add to the boiling milk syrup.
Make a smaller fire and stir until thick. That such consistency is obtained. Let cool to room temperature. When cooled it becomes a jelly.
Now prepare the biscuit. Flour and 15 grams of sifted cocoa and mix. Egg whisk with sugar until it's this foam.
In beaten eggs add the flour with cocoa. Knead the dough.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet and put into the oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat 90 grams of hot oil, gradually adding our gelatinous milky syrup. Add the cognac (I had Mozart liqueur) and the remaining cocoa.
Don't forget about our cake, check with toothpick for readiness, take him and put the cake on a clean dry towel. Paper for baking I have a very easily separated. Turn the cake together with the towel in roll and wait until cool down.
When cool, expand our biscuit with the cream and turn again.
Wrap it in cling film and put in the fridge. Prepare the glaze. 30 grams of butter 50 grams of chocolate we put on small fire and stir until dissolved. Grease glaze our roll and again put in the refrigerator. It is desirable to hold the roll day in the refrigerator before serving.
