Cooking
Peel the potatoes, cut into strips (large), fry in vegetable oil (I'm in the deep fryer).
The liver is also cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
Add the onion, cut into strips. Fry together 1 minute.
Add sliced mushrooms (if they are small, for example, mushrooms, it is better not to cut).
From salt and pepper - to taste. Add sour cream. And boiled water. The amount of water on the eyes to have enough for all the pots. The liquid should reach the middle of the pot. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
In a pot put the fried potatoes.
Top liver with mushrooms. Pour all liquid.
Put in the oven. I asked, can I put the pots in a hot oven, and in many recipes I have seen that the pots are first put in a warm oven as I'm afraid that the pots can burst, and then bring the temperature to the desired. I put in heated to 200 degrees, and anything with pots is not happening :-) So, focus on your pots.
They bake 20-25 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped greens.
