Chicken gizzards in Korean
Meat dish for the contest I proposed, garnish and salad was offered. Now I present to Your judgment a savoury snack with soy sauce. Ahead of the Old New Year, and so this appetizer can someone be useful!

Ingredients

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    70 g

  • Chicken stomachs

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    70 g

Cooking

Chicken liver wash, peel from the films, cut into cubes.

Waste can be left for soup or to give your home or yard animals :)

Onion cut into quarters rings (half-rings can).

Combine onion and stomachs.

Take soy sauce.

Mix in equal proportions with vegetable oil and vinegar, break in the emulsion.

The emulsion is brought to a boil.

Put into boiling emulsion our stomachs. Heat over high heat for just 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. The original recipe was suggested to just pour boiling emulsion stomachs and leave to marinate. But I thought it was too extreme.

Stomachs season with pepper to taste, let cool and put to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
