The apples should be washed. Peel and remove the middle. Cut into cubes 1 cm On a hot pan or Tolstoganova in a saucepan put the butter and sugar, turn on medium heat, not to interfere and tilt the dishes until the butter and sugar begin to melt. Add apples and simmer, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes, until medium soft. If desired, add lemon juice.
Now prepare the next layer of butter cream. Everything is simple - whisk the cream with the vanilla powder and to increase in volume. Can you replace cream with ice cream.
The nuts dry on a dry pan or in the oven, chop coarsely.
On the bottom of the glass to put the Apple layer, then butter cream, sprinkle with nuts and put into the cold.
Make caramel. In a suitable pot, I always do in a small Teflon pan, pour evenly around the bottom of the sugar, not stirring, but just tilting the dishes, "melt" and allow to warm up for a few minutes until amber in colour. It is important not to overheat, and the caramel will be bitter. To the caramel add the warm (!!!) the cream and butter. Cool. The cooled caramel will be much thicker.
