Description

Pork baked in
Tender and juicy pork, baked in tomato-honey sauce with apples and prunes, garlic and herbs. I'm not a pork eater, but this was eaten with pleasure, especially something that was baked. Even my conservative husband, looking at openly lying apples and prunes on a plate, meat was consumed with great pleasure. Usually he does not know what and how to make the dish, but today decided to show, even he wouldn't eat them, I got more, but all combined incredibly delicious.
