Baklazhanovy fans
For fans of roasted vegetables. Good as an appetizer or as a garnish to meat, chicken or fish!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    5 piece

  • Tomato

  • Onion

  • Greens

  • Cheese

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Take the required quantity of eggplant (1 piece - 1 grateful eater :D). Cut each lengthwise into a thin plate, but not completely. To be able to expand our vegetable fan. Sprinkle generously with salt and leave for 15 minutes.
