Home roast with ribs and potatoes
Hearty, cozy homemade dish. Just right for cool autumn days.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    500 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

Savor and taste the new roasts give pickles. They go perfectly with potatoes and ribs. The recipe I used crunchy cucumbers TM "6 acres." Cut them slightly diagonally into thin slices

For cooking it is better to use a cast iron baking dish, a roaster, or just a heavy deep pan. I cooked in a cast iron skillet. Preheat in a pan the oil and fry the ribs with two sides

Add in the chopped onions, carrots and pickles. Cook for about 3-5 minutes

Then add the peeled potatoes. If it's shallow right entirely. If large, then slice it into 4 pieces. Add salt, pepper, Bay leaf, pour in the water

Cover the saucepan with a lid and put in heated to 180 degrees oven. Cook for about 1 - 1.5 hours.

Garlic and green onions finely chop

The roast is ready remove from the oven, add scallions and garlic and stir. Can be fed.
