This salad is my own composition. Very tasty.
Ingredients

Trout
150 g

Blue cheese

Lettuce

Cherry tomatoes

Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp

Lemon juice
1 Tbsp

Olive oil
2 Tbsp

Mustard
1 tsp

Grapes
Cooking
Fish cut into thin strips.
Cheese apart into small pieces.
Salad to break it, but you can just cut.
Grapes cut in half, remove pits.
Tomatoes cut into four pieces and remove the liquid and seeds. Mix it all together.
Prepare the filling. Mix the mayonnaise, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice. Mix well.

The salad was very tasty. Spicy, with the taste of sweet grapes, tender of Samashki, juicy salad and finish with blue cheese... Salad is worthy to take its place at the holiday table. Bon appetit!
