Creamy frosting for cakes and cupcakes
The recipe for the sweet tooth, as the cupcakes themselves are sweet, and the frosting makes them even more sweet, but a creamy! Help yourself!!!!


  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Vanilla

  • Salt


Melt the butter over medium heat in a pan with non-stick coating or, like me, in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add sugar and, stirring with a wooden spoon, boil for 5 minutes. I have the sugar burn want, I even added a bit of cream, just the color changed to cream.
Then cream the sugar, pour in the cream, whisking. Mixture mix thoroughly and boil, stirring constantly, 10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
The glaze cool, stirring occasionally, add the vanilla. In the process of cooling glaze becomes thick and viscous.
Cupcakes I baked for this recipe, they are delicious in and of themselves, but with the glaze - just a fairy tale, and instead of raisins I put the peaches in honey, I bought the first time - delicious!
Finished muffins cool - here they are.
And pour the glaze from the pastry bag. Sprinkle crushed walnuts with cinnamon and nutmeg. Enjoy your tea!!! Or molochite - as you like.
