Spicy candy
Very delicious fish appetizer!

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    250 g

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Caviar

Cut the fish into pieces and marinate in olive oil, soy sauce and spices, leave for 30 minutes.

Cut the sheets of Filo into squares (1-y fluff with olive oil, put the 2nd sheet on top).

Put the fish (I added dill) and turn rolls.

Wrap the edges up like candy.

Put on baking tray, covered with baking paper, seam side down, grease with butter and put in oven - 200 gr. for 15-20 minutes.

Decorate with caviar and serve!
