Description
Light, fresh, easy to prepare dish. This appetizer combines affordable all at the same table on the same principle that fondue: take a vegetable stick, dunked in the sauce - fun and original! And most importantly, looks elegant on the table. This is my debut on the Cook :) the contest "Vegetable traffic light"

Cooking
Vegetables and herbs to wash, peel the carrot.
Carrot, cucumber and pepper cut into strips, about the same length and thickness.
On a dish put lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cut into rings. In the centre place the mayonnaise or any sauce is mayonnaise-based (you can pour in palochku and put in the center of the dish).
To expand our vegetable sticks-mikalacki in a circle, alternating with greens (dill, parsley, Basil). Combined with a nice beer.
