Cheese cakes made from rice
These syrnichki from the word cheese, but not cheese. Easy, simple Breakfast will appeal to those who do not like sweets. And will especially appeal to raw foodists – soft, melted, flavorful cheese in a crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Baton

    5 slice

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

Let's start with the breading. Of course you can take just bread crumbs, but homemade breadcrumbs taste so much better out of it, there is a difference ;) the bread is very finely chopped, in a pan melt 1 tsp of butter. Add the breadcrumbs and fry until Golden brown. Cool and grind in a blender, you can roll out with a rolling pin.

The rice will be more tender if you cook it with milk. Boiled rice, grate cheese on a coarse grater. Add the finely chopped parsley. All mix, add half the beaten eggs, 1.5 tbsp flour, 1 tsp. mustard. Mix well.

Heat the pan with oil. Take a ball, slightly flatten it, dip in flour, then in the remaining half the eggs, then in bread crumbs and fry on both sides. The breading must be strong, to cheese, when melted, remained within

Serve hot with sour cream. Or you can make mushroom sauce. At Your discretion.
