Today, I want to serve You delicious bread with a crispy crust and melting crumb and at the same time a dense structure. The bread is simple to prepare. Perfect for sandwiches and toast. On the website there is a recipe of Japanese bread posted by Sveta (miss), but my bread is still different. Go!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Butter

    6 g

  • Salt

    4 g

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Water

    140 ml

  • Sugar

    15 g
