Description

Just want to dispel your assumption, this is not the Nougat, because in quotation marks. It's something between a soufflé - cream ice cream. A very delicate dessert. Recipe from "Cooking with confidence". On new year's table will be exotic.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Honey

    50 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Candied

    250 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Raisins

    50 g

Pre-chopped fruit, candied fruit and nuts. Soak raisins in cognac.
