Begin to cook with cabbage as the salad tastes better if the cabbage is pre-stand up, zamarinuetsya... Cut the cabbage thin strips. A little bit of her add salt and grind lightly.
For a given weight of cabbage, 300 g, I only use about half a jar of canned fish Saira (good quality). In my opinion, in this case, the salad turns out nobler and more interesting taste than to use the whole jar. (For cooking use only Pacific saury! Other canned fish will change the taste of the salad). Thoroughly mash with a fork half a jar of saury using a portion of oil.

(It might seem at first that carrot a lot and oil a little. But do not attempt to add oil carrots, heated, gradually settles. If you want more oil, it can be done at the end of cooking)
Remove the pan from the fire. (Carrots may be placed in the dish, and can be left in the pan, if there is another for roasting beets). And the most important moment in the carrots, add 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce Kikkoman. Try the taste, if required add salt. Very hard to resist to not immediately eat this part of a future salad! As in the case of carrots, fry beets in vegetable oil in a hot pan for 2-4 minutes. It is desirable that the beets were delicious and sweet. But if not lucky, then at this stage add the sugar. It will improve the taste of beets. Add salt to taste, allow to cool. (Soy sauce is not used here)
All! We have to connect the components of the salad, then decorate it at your discretion. You can put layers, you can just mix all the ingredients.
