Deep fried pork with sauce
A worthy alternative to the popularly beloved barbecue will not leave men indifferent!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    6 slice

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

It's our ingredients. Pork should be cut into portions.

Cut onion into rings. Each piece of meat sprinkle salt, pour lemon juice and brush with sauce "Tkemali" at the rate of 1 tablespoon per piece. On one side sprinkle the meat with a mixture of 5 peppers and the other side dry chili pepper flakes. On the bottom of the container for marinating lay out a layer of onions, then the meat and onions again. Tighten the container with foil, put under the yoke and put into the fridge for 3 - 4 hours.
