Cooking
It's our ingredients. Pork should be cut into portions.
Cut onion into rings. Each piece of meat sprinkle salt, pour lemon juice and brush with sauce "Tkemali" at the rate of 1 tablespoon per piece. On one side sprinkle the meat with a mixture of 5 peppers and the other side dry chili pepper flakes. On the bottom of the container for marinating lay out a layer of onions, then the meat and onions again. Tighten the container with foil, put under the yoke and put into the fridge for 3 - 4 hours.
Before cooking, remove the onion, to fry it separately. Fry the meat quickly in a frying pan over high heat and bring to readiness in the oven at t 200 degrees for about 10 minutes /duration of frying depends on the thickness of the piece/.
Served with new potatoes, fried onions, pickled cucumbers and sauce "Tkemali".
