Description
Another recipe from an old cookbook of Poland of the 80-ies. Simple, affordable but very tasty! In the book this recipe is portioned and I think it's a great idea! Perfect for the holiday table! In our family, this recipe is definitely here to stay!

Cooking
Prepare the sauce. I always cook small chunks of potatoes in water, adding 100 ml of milk directly into the water. The recipe from the book as well. Ready potatoes is drained, boil the remaining milk, pour the potatoes, put 20 grams of butter, salt-pepper and prepare the sauce. If someone likes manually is Your right) I prefer the mixer. PS actually, if You still have yesterday's mashed potatoes is a great way to use it!!
Finely chopped onion and garlic put through a press in a lightly heated pan with some oil. Fry until transparent.
Put tomatoes. I cheated and put not fresh. In the original, with 2 tomatoes skinned and deseeded. Slightly mash with a fork and sprinkle with thyme! Salt-pepper.
Add the minced meat and fry on low heat for 7 minutes until soft.
A portion of the form grease with butter. Servings 4 turns. I just made some for baby and then it did not spread) Spread one-third forms a puree.
Next, another one-third put our meat filling.
The third layer is again a puree. Top sprinkle with FINELY grated cheese. Try to make sure that the cheese is not much climbs over the edge: he will start to flow. And if You're on holiday-it will look not very nice! Put in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, until the cheese is deliciously browned. I say at once: the oven different!!! Maybe someone will take more time!!
Gently take out our beauties! Remember-they are very hot! Casserole it settle a bit! In the oven she looked very tubby!))
Fork so take a little cheese, mashed potatoes and meat with tomatoes and once IN his MOUTH!!! :) Yummy!
