Cooking
It's the ingredients required for cooking oatmeal with pears.
Pour cereal with water and put it on a medium heat. Wait until the water boils. Cereal turns a medium consistency: not runny and not too thick.
Simultaneously I begin to cut the pear into small cubes.
Once the porridge is boiling, I immediately add the chopped pear. Then, cover the mess with a lid and leave to languish on low heat for 20-25 min. During this time, the pear becomes soft and give your juice to a pulp.
For 5 min. before the end of cooking porridge, I add butter. Then again, cover the mess with a lid and let the butter melt. Sugar I did not add, because the pear "gives" in the mess its taste and smell.
Then, remove porridge with fire and it was milled with a blender.
In parallel, I boiled a pot of water in order to sterilise the little pots in which I will lay out the mess.
In a separate pan I put a few small jars and put the lids to them, and begin to fill them with boiling water. Leave the whole thing for 2 minutes, let her stand with water.
After sterilization I start to put the finished pudding in the jars. The very mess after the blender I don't boil, because doing it for 3 days, dishes are sterilized, storage takes place in the main compartment of the refrigerator on the shelf. Before use, the jar is heated in warm water and re-storage is not.
Here is my finished oatmeal with pear. ALL THE KIDS ENJOY IT!!!
