Fragrant rye homemade tortilla is bliss, and most importantly, tasty and healthy! An excellent replacement for bread.

Cooking
Mix in a bowl the flour with salt, soda and sugar, mix well.
Lightly beat the yogurt with vegetable oil. Note: if you take honey instead of sugar, add it here.
Combine yogurt mixture with flour and mix well. Will notice that the flour can take more or less depending on thickness of yogurt!
Roll the dough into a ball and let stand for 20 minutes. Note: the dough is very sticky, so when working with it, dampen hands with water or oil.
Well sprinkle the table with rye flour. Hands and rolling pin to lubricate or moisten with water. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-1,5 cm, cut the cakes.
Pellet a little grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with seasonings, I used sesame seeds, herbes de Provence and cumin seeds. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment, make a fork punctures on the surface and bake in a preheated 220S the oven for 15-17 minutes.
