Bread
Seaweed contains a huge amount of easily digestible iodine. Studies have shown that iodine in seaweed is not in its pure form, and forms compounds which are not destroyed due to various influences. This explains the explosive use of seaweed in developed countries. Dishes with the addition of kelp became a hit cooking, it is added to bread. This bread we call "radiation", but I decided to give it a more pleasant name.

Cooking

step-0
After the earthquake in Japan last year and accidents at nuclear power plants in the far East began a real "boom" on the products of seaweed. She just disappeared from store shelves. The whole reason that seaweed is a major supplier of iodine in our body. The meaning lies in the fact that the body was not lack of iodine, which otherwise may be filled by a radioactive isotope of iodine. So we had chocolate with the addition of seaweed, vodka fish, but the bread needless to say. It steel oven all bakeries. I myself several times baking this bread. Baking this bread needed dried seaweed, but in the absence you can use nori (for sushi).
step-1
I take the easiest favorite recipe with a simple set of products: flour, milk, water, vegetable oil, salt, granulated sugar and yeast.
step-2
As I have a breadmaker, I just upload all of the products. Add the shredded seaweed. It easily breaks and crumbles right in the hands. Don't need to add much, we want to enrich our bread of healing qualities, not to give him the taste of seaweed. 2 sheets of nori. Then put the mode of "double recovery" and wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes until the bread kneading the dough. If you do not have this wonderful unit, then take warm water, milk, dissolve them in salt, sugar and yeast. In a bowl pour the sifted flour, make a deepening, pour in it the milk mixture, add vegetable oil, crushed dried seaweed and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel, put in a warm place for 1.5 hours to rise.
step-3
The dough is ready.
step-4
We can bake bread out of it and any of your favorite shapes: loaves, rolls, baguettes, etc. my favorite form is "Daisy". Cut the dough into 8 equal "koloboks". Take the convenient form. I have silicone mold, it does not even need oil. Placed in the form of "balls" and again cover and leave for 30 minutes to rise.
step-5
Then lubricate with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.
step-6
Our wholesome bread is ready.
