Kharcho with red wine
There are many varieties of cooking kharcho. In this recipe, the structure will include not only adjika, spices, and dry red wine.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Greens

  • Garlic

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Semi-dry red wine

  • Adjika

  • Tomato paste

  • Bay leaf

  • Tomato

Cooking

Beef wash, remove the film. Cut into small pieces. Cover with cold water (3 litres) and put to boil on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Fry the diced onion with a small amount of sunflower oil. Finely chop the herbs and add to the onions, passeruem 5-7 minutes. Pour a few tablespoons of water and put the tomato paste. Continue to keep on low heat 10-15 minutes.

In a pot of broth and meat pour the washed rice, cook for 10 minutes. Add our sauté and continue to cook 10-15 minutes. Refillable soup kharcho spices (Khmeli-suneli, adjika, Bay leaf, salt, optional spices), pour in the wine.

Over low heat boil the soup for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, put diced tomatoes and chopped garlic, then soup for another 5 -10 minutes, turn off the stove, cover the soup-kharcho with a lid and let stand for awhile before serving for 20-30 minutes.
