Cheese and apples - one of my favorite combinations, and this interpretation is one of the most successful. The dough will be delicate, airy and melting in your mouth, and caramelized apples leave a pleasant aftertaste. Try, it is delicious!

Cooking
In a pan heat butter and sugar to obtain a brown caramel, add pre-cut into slices the apples, stir so that the caramel drenched apples keep for a couple of minutes to evaporate some of the liquid. As such, I left the apples for a day in the fridge (internally, this is not required, but this blank it is possible and to freeze - then to quickly make a cake for the arrival of guests).
Proteins separated from the yolks, mix the yolks in a blender with cottage cheese, softened butter.
Proteins whisk with sugar to hard peaks.
Mix the flour with soda and starch, injected into the cheese mixture and stir with a blender. Then to the mixture gently with the method of storage of input proteins. Apples put in the form, cover the mixture (you can layers - apples, batter, apples, batter, since the batter is not very much inside takutea and not penetrate). Put in oven at 180 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
And get this pie (my hand shook, and the cake broke a bit, but the taste is not affected).
