Superciliously salad
Long cook recipes from the Cook (and now a VK group is!!), and here hands reached to put something of their own. I tecnoidea on diets and in the gym. So somehow came up with this salad. As you know, protein is harmless for the figure and even beneficial to the muscles (especially if they have physical load). I think losing weight will come in handy :) the Whole basin b/W/y - 63.92/3.3/6.7, 311.8 total Kcal per 100 grams b/W/y - 10.31/0.53/1.08, 50.29 Kcal

Ingredients

  • Cabbage Chinese

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Barberry

    0.5 tsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Broth

    100 g

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil eggs, remove the yolk.

Combine the broth, spices (garlic, preferably fresh, I didn't have), mustard. Instead of salt, I tried pouring soy sauce, it is even more useful. But it just was not at hand. Mix

Slice the cabbage is the desired number of cut proteins (I cut the protein in half and across, leave long pieces). Fillet I was going through the fibers. Put all in a bowl.

Pour dressing.

The salad is ready! French mustard, horseradish with beets, squash caviar, ketchup - by h. L. so, for decoration. Really love these things :) (To account for calories and b/W/u not included) Try it! It's delicious and SUPERVITION!
