Small tomatoes wash, dry. With a sharp knife on the sides of the cut triangles to make a sort of pastry. Carefully remove the pulp from under handle "baskets"
In the basket, in principle, you can put anything you want and what will fit into it. I love the basket of greens.
And these baskets can be decorated or hot dish (meat or chicken), and salads. I decorated, in this case, your salad is "New" (tomato with cheese). Bon appetit!
