Another simple, fast, elegant and refined the recipe with a delicious taste. In my opinion a recipe exclusively for ladies. The recipe is dedicated to all the girls from the forum "Cooking together", with which we tried many dishes.

Everything is done almost at a run. Chicken fillet wash and dry. Slightly trimmed edges, trying to make the pieces rectangular in shape.
Peach cut in half, remove the pit and cut into thin slices. * Instead of peach you can take apples, hard varieties, plum, quince, pear, persimmon...
On each piece of chicken to make deep cross cuts. Season with salt and pepper.
In each incision to put the slice of peach and drizzle with vegetable oil.
Roll fillet jelly roll, peach out. Form a ball, wrapped carefully in foil, like "candy."
Candy put on a baking sheet and send in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with vegetable salad and some sweet sauce (the best fruit). Bon appetit to you and your family!
